DHS has been crowned the KZN rugby champions for 2024, having completed an unbeaten season. DHS concluded the season with 5 wins, 1 draw & a PD of 91 🏆

The battle for the runner-up spot is still ongoing, with Northwood currently in a strong position. The final two game weeks will be crucial for Michaelhouse as they look to reclaim their form and end the season on a high note.


As we approach the final two game weeks of the season, the KZN schoolboy rugby landscape has witnessed some significant matches and surprising outcomes.


Key Results:

- DHS vs. Michaelhouse: DHS secured the KZN rugby title for 2024 with a convincing 23-10 victory over Michaelhouse, completing an unbeaten season.


- Northwood vs. Westville: In a thrilling encounter, Northwood edged out Westville 30-27 thanks to a last-minute penalty by their kicker, Savio Stevens. This win pushes Northwood up to second place in the KZN rankings.



- Maritzburg College vs. Hilton: Maritzburg College triumphed over Hilton 26-20 at Goldstones, handing Hilton another consecutive KZN defeat.

- St Charles vs. Glenwood: St Charles achieved a historic victory, comfortably beating Glenwood 32-19, marking one of their biggest rugby wins ever.


- Kearsney vs. Clifton: Kearsney concluded their season with an expected thrashing of Clifton.
